Toki wo Tomete is Tohoshinki's 30th Japanese single, woah. No offense but it sounds like your generic THSK ballad and the song and PV both bore me. If you wanna look at them then that's another story... but I was deathly bored less than halfway in. Anyway, posting two other PVs too. Firstly, Soba ni Iru ne, which was probably one of the two most popular songs of 2008, as the answer song to Koko ni Iru yo (SoulJa feat. Aoyama Thelma). It's such an unlikely pairing but the collab was fantastic! :) Very very addictive - you've been warned. Planetarium, as all Hanadan fans would know, is the insert song to the first season of "Hana Yori Dango". I don't know if it sounds as good to those who haven't watched it playing through all the big moments in HYD1, but this is definitely one of Otsuka Ai's best songs in my opinion. It's gorgeous and I adore the PV. So pretty. <3

GACKT played to a sold-out show of 1300 men while 60 women and one man dressed like a woman listened from the lobby. Countless others listened from outside the venue, cheering the men on as they entered.

On a different note, out of Amuro's album [PAST FUTURE]
It has been more than three month since December 16th and it is still ranking No. 1? The reason is clearly the dorama on BeeTV.
The song has been chosen the opening theme song of the series [女たちは二度遊ぶ / Onnatachi ha nido asobu] and it can also be listened to in the CM for said dorama. Therefore a great number of music lovers have the chance to listen to it in various ways.

By now, the album has surpassed sales of 700.000 copies and has reached the top chart position in 5 different Asian countries.
It does not seem to far of an ideal to reach a million seller with the next CD!!

Former Morning Musume leader Mari Yaguchi, 27, attended a press event this week to promote the opening of her restaurant in Roppongi as part of the Onyasai shabu shabu chain.

Yaguchi, who was also leader of Minimoni - a group formed in 2000 by three girls from Morning Musume who were under 150 cm tall at the time, got stuck into the sublime Japanese beef the chain offers at low prices, and some of the 24 varieties of Japanese-produced salads and vegetables.

Yaguchi said she has been a customer of Onyasai for a long time and had gone there about once a week, finally deciding to get in on the action and open her own store - customizing the cutlery, interior design and some items on the menu.

She said she had included a large number of private booths and a reporter asked her if she would go on a date there. Yaguchi replied that she didn’t want to become prey for the mass media, but said she was very excited about the restaurant and will have to wait and see.

The Onyasai shabu shabu chain has more than 200 stores nationwide, and to mark the opening of the Roppongi store, all stores will be offering their 490 yen plates of Japanese beef for 100 yen until March 25 (limited to one plate and excluding lunch time.)
